[FIXED] Nautilus doesn't open anymore

Update 30-09-2019 Just type:

$ tracker reset -e
source: Ask Ubuntu at Stack Exchange



Try:


sudo apt install --fix-broken

sudo apt remove --purge gnome-documents tracker

sudo apt autoremove


Then:


sudo apt install --reinstall nautilus*

sudo apt install gnome-documents tracker


After rebooting, run Nautilus, maybe the first time you need to wait 20 seconds because it seems the system is reindexing all. I got this problem while upgradig from Debian 9.3 to Debian 10 (buster) by accident closed the laptop (!) and login to Gnome Wayland.

PD. Before to run Nautilus:  xhost +local:

Se帽ores, es un verdadero dolor de g眉evos pero por fin pudimos tener acceso al wifi con Realtek 8723DU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB NIC. Creo que desde Debian Potato no ten铆a que instalar el sistema sin Internet. No recordaba c贸mo habilitar el USB como repositorio. El sistema detecta la unidad, pero no la reconoce como repositorio. Hay que decirle algo como: sudo mount /dev/tu-unidad-usb /media/cdrom S贸lo as铆 apt me dej贸 usar el disco de instalaci贸n como repositorio. Y eso que aparece en sources.list por defecto.  Adicionalmente, lwfinger me permiti贸 compilar el driver del wifi, aunque al hacer el make salieron varios mensajes de skipping por no disponibilidad de vmlinux. Pero funcion贸 su magia. Eso s铆, tiene la pega de tener que repetir el proceso al actualizar el kernel. Agregando una version anterior: dotnet add package System.CommandLine --version 2.0.0-beta1.20158.1  Lo agrega al .csproj pero falla el Build. Unas horas m谩s tarde ... Maravillosamente, y luego de repetir el proceso varias veces, en el que, de nuevo, rm bin/ y dotnet run, con downgrade para System.CommandLine, pues --prerelease instala la m谩s reciente, version="2.0.0-beta3.22114.1" en el csproj, llego a obtener solo este error: The type arguments for method 'Handler.SetHandler<T>(Command, Action<T>, params IValueDescriptor[])' cannot be inferred from the usage.
